2. What data do we collect?
Unless otherwise agreed by you, we will only collect the basic personal data required in relation to our business relationship. Specifically when visiting the Site and using the Contact Service Form, the Visitor is asked to provide the following personal data to the extent required for the provision of this service, such as his/her full name, e-mail address, contact telephone number, so as to allow communication between the Company and the Visitor. Therefore, in no case will data personally identifying the Visitor be collected automatically, but only if the latter provides this data voluntarily.
In no case shall the procurement of sensitive personal data be required and such data is in no case collected.
The Company bears no responsibility in case the Visitor provides personal data of third parties (for instance names) for contact purposes.

We will collect the Visitors’/ Users’ personal data directly from them when they interact with the Company and its Site, e.g. when they visit the Site via their browser’s cookies [learn more by visiting our Cookies Policy], communicate with the Company either via e-mail or via the contact form service.

Tulip shall ask for and receive only the personal data required for the completion of the contact form. The Company uses the contact details provided by the Visitor in order to address possible requests and to provide respective information.
The contact details provided may also be used for the procurement of information regarding Services or marketing purposes from the Company to the Visitor. The Visitor reserves the right to declare that he/ she does not wish to receive such informational messages for marketing purposes by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.

We will store and process your personal data within the European Union.
We may store and process your personal data, or share it with the recipients described below, also outside of the European Union. We will do so only to the extent permitted by applicable law and take appropriate safeguards to ensure the security and integrity of your personal data. Visitors can receive access and information regarding their personal data that have been particularly subject to processing or communicated to third parties by applying to the Personal Data Controller as mentioned below. Such requests shall be addressed and answered within a reasonable time limit.
Tulip shall preserve the personal data provided by the Visitors/ Users as long as required to provide the services or information the Visitors/ Users have requested and to administer your relationship with us. If you have asked the Company not to communicate with you, we will hold this information as long as required to comply with your request.

You have the right to request from us access to and rectification or erasure of your personal data or restriction of processing concerning you and to object to processing as well as the right to data portability in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
In particular, you have the right to request a copy of the personal data that we hold about you. If you would like to transfer your personal data to another controller, we will provide you with the personal data which you provided to us and which has been processed by automated means in a machine-readable portable format free of charge.
Given that we want to make sure that your personal data is accurate and up to date you may also ask us to correct or remove any information which you think is inaccurate.
